1. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 10,000.

2. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 business days (Monday – Friday), taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery. In case you'd like your order despatched early, please reach out to us on our whatsapp number +91 97171 77705.

3. In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons beyond our control or if multiple delivery attempts are required, Ankid may exercise discretion in charging additional shipping costs.

4. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, including any specific details required for successful delivery. This includes the pin-code & contact number which is crucial for precise location identification as it helps us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

5. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package and email us at care@ankid.in or Call/Whatsapp us at +91 97171 77705 Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (IST)

6. In case your money has been debited but the order is not confirmed, your money is completely safe. Due to technical instabilities, the amount sometimes debits but fails to process at the payment gateway. In such rare case, please reach out to us on our customer care number. 

When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that this payment goes through, we will either process your order or refund the full amount to the original source of payment.

7. To track your order, go to My orders and click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link.

International Shipping

1. All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India via DHL/FedEx Express shipping service.

2. We strive to dispatch 'ready to ship' category products orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery time varies depending on location, but typically takes 4-10 days.

3. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs and taxes

1.  Due to the nature of international shipping, customers may occasionally be required to pay additional import duties and taxes.

2. We have arranged with DHL/FedEx to clear customs on your behalf and deliver your package to your doorstep. Payment is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint. Once customs duties have been paid, the shipment will be released and delivered promptly.

3. If you are unable to pay customs duties at the time of delivery, your order will not be canceled or refunded. Your package will be destroyed by the local authorities.

4. You may also be charged handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. The recipient of the parcel is responsible for paying any charges on the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers). Returns and refunds are not possible for international shipping.
