Return & Exchange Policy

At Ankid, every piece is made to order with love and care. As each garment is crafted especially for you, we do not offer returns.

However, we understand that sometimes sizing or quality concerns may arise. In such cases, we’re happy to assist with an exchange, subject to the following terms:

• Exchange is possible only in case of a size issue or a manufacturing defect.

• Please ensure that labels, tags, and packaging are intact. Worn, washed, or dry-cleaned pieces will not be eligible for exchange.

• Exchange is applicable on the same style only.

• To request an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at care@ankid.in or calling +91 97177 77705.

• One-way courier charges (from customer to Ankid) are to be borne by the customer. The return courier (from Ankid to customer) will be covered by us.

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange, so please ensure accurate measurements are provided while placing your order.
